What is a “faith journey?”

What do we seek when we come to church? Everyone would most likely answer these questions differently. They are important questions, and it is in the asking that we find we have already embarked on a sort of spiritual journey. At Walnut Creek United Methodist Church we welcome people to join together in this journey in a covenant of trust and respect for the worth of all God's children.

Church Membership

People can join Walnut Creek United Methodist Church by professing their faith in God and Jesus Christ or by reaffirming that faith. Membership can also be transferred from other United Methodist and Christian churches.

Seeker Chats and New Member orientation classes occur frequently during the year and consist of three sessions each lasting two hours.
